The rooms are bright and welcoming: the large living room offers Smart TV with streaming services, fast Wi-Fi with repeaters on each floor and a living area ideal for relaxing after a day on the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped, equipped with everything you need for long stays and in total autonomy.

Outside you will find a private and spacious patio, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as deckchairs dedicated to your relaxation. At the back there is also a private garden.

A big plus of the property is the very large private garage, with direct access to the apartment.
The communal pool, shared only with 3 other accommodations, guarantees tranquility and comfort.

There is also a small private laundry room, equipped and perfect for longer stays.
