It offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, perfect for couples and families.

The modern-design pool, resembling an oasis, is suitable for both children and adults, featuring a shallow area and a deeper section. The large sun terrace enjoys sunlight for most of the day and is equipped with reserved sun loungers.

Covered garages are available upon reservation, as well as an unattended bicycle storage area.

Please note that the residence is not a hotel: there are no reception, restaurant, or extra services provided.
